Ms. Aydt is a certified executive coach, trusted advisor, and mentor with over 20 years experience working for and with senior executives at Intel, Microsoft, IBM, HP, Accenture and SAP. She has demonstrated success delivering measurable results in highly complex, demanding, fast-paced technical business environments.
Ms. Aydt has successfully managed multimillion dollar programs, budgets and teams. She has a proven track record in high tech management, strategy development, corporate marketing and communications, sales and relationship management.
As a results-driven coach, she works with executives and their teams to develop their leadership effectiveness in the context of achieving measurable performance improvement. She helps teams establish a vision based on their values, define priorities for business goals, team interactions and the leaders’ interpersonal behaviors, and create and implement plans which deliver on their objectives. She provides proven tools to help leaders coach their teams for ongoing success.
Ms. Aydt holds Bachelor of Arts degrees with majors in Business Administration and Psychology. She is a certified MasterMind™ Executive Coach through Rescue Institute. She is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator™ (MBTI®) assessment and the Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior™ (FIRO-B®) leadership assessments. Her MBTI is INFJ (Counselor Idealist).
